PyonScanは、端末上で書類を撮影・補正します。JPEG・HEIF・PNGは写真へ、複数ページPDFはファイルアプリ内のPyonScan領域へ保存します。スキャン内容を開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、解析、広告、追跡技術、アプリ独自のアカウントを使用しません。

カメラ権限は書類の撮影だけに使用します。写真への追加権限はスキャン画像の保存だけに使用し、既存の写真ライブラリは読み取りません。未保存の画像は復旧のためアプリ専用領域へ一時保管します。保存完了後は、確認・再送用に書き出した原本ファイルのコピーとサムネイルを履歴へ保持します。無料で新たに保存した履歴は直近10回、Plusは件数制限なしです。端末の空き容量が必要です。Plusの利用中に保持した履歴は購入状態を確認できなくなっても自動削除しません。以降の無料保存分だけを10件で入れ替え、保護した履歴は手動で削除するまで保持します。未保存分は上限による自動削除の対象にしません。

履歴を削除しても写真・ファイルへの保存済みコピーは削除しません。共有ではユーザーが選んだ宛先にコピーを渡し、共有先サービスによる取り扱いにはそのサービスの方針が適用されます。アプリを削除すると内部の履歴と、ファイルアプリに表示されるPyonScan専用領域の書類も失われます。アプリ専用領域の外に保存したコピーは独立しています。履歴の原本は端末の設定に応じてバックアップ対象となり、再生成できるサムネイルは対象外です。

任意のPlus購入と復元はAppleのStoreKitで処理されます。PyonScanは利用権の状態だけを確認し、カード番号などの支払い情報は取得しません。

ユーザーが任意でメールによる問い合わせを行った場合、Pyooon Worksは送信者名、メールアドレス、本文およびユーザーが添付したファイルを受け取ります。これらは問い合わせへの回答と申告された問題の調査にのみ使用し、販売や広告には使用しません。サポート対応および法令上の記録に合理的に必要な期間だけ保持した後、削除します。削除を希望する場合は、下記の連絡先へお申し出ください。必要な場合を除き、書類のスキャン画像などの機密情報を添付しないでください。

PyonScan processes document scans on the user’s device. JPEG, HEIF and PNG images are saved to Photos; multi-page PDFs are saved to PyonScan’s local area in Files. PyonScan does not send scan contents to developer-operated servers or use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies or app accounts.

Camera access is used only to capture documents. Add-only Photos access is used only to save scans; the app does not read the user’s photo library. Unsaved scans are staged in the private app container for recovery. Completed scans retain copies of the exported original files and thumbnails for review and sharing. Free retains the latest 10 newly saved sessions; Plus has no entry limit, subject to available device storage. Entries retained with Plus are not automatically deleted if the purchase status later becomes unavailable. Only subsequent free entries rotate at 10; protected entries remain until manually deleted. Unsaved scans are not automatically evicted by the history limit.

Deleting history does not delete copies saved to Photos or Files. Sharing sends copies to the destination chosen by the user; destination services may process them under their own policies. Deleting the app deletes its internal history and documents in its local Files area. Copies stored outside the app container are independent. Retained originals may be included in device backups according to the user’s device settings; reproducible thumbnails are excluded.

Optional Plus purchases and restores are processed by Apple StoreKit. PyonScan receives entitlement status but does not receive payment card or billing details.

If you voluntarily contact support by email, Pyooon Works receives the sender name and email address, message content, and any attachments you provide. This information is used only to respond to the inquiry and investigate the reported issue. It is not sold or used for advertising. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for support and legal recordkeeping, then deleted. You may request deletion by contacting the address below. Please do not attach document scans or other sensitive information unless necessary.
